The youth wing of BJP’s Kashmir Unit Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) Wednesday organized a blood donation camp at Sub District Hospital Khanabal, Anantnag below week-long program Seva Saptah.Around dozens of BJYM volunteers donated their blood within the day-long camp. They stated donating blood was essential to avoid wasting valuable lives on the eventualities.On the event, BJP’s vice chairman and ex MLA Sofi Yousuf stated, “As part of 70th birthday celebrations of our beloved leader and PM Narendra Modi, BJP is organizing the birthday celebrations as ‘Seva Saptah’ throughout the country which is Deendayal Upadhyaya Jayanti, week-long celebrations, feeding the poor and also providing groceries and clothes to needy people.”On the event, UT Spokesperson Altaf Thakur appreciated BJYM volunteers for donating their blood.“Such activities inculcate the spirit of social activism among the people.
